The Drowned Cities book blog

If you like action and violence then you will be interested in this novel about a group of individuals that fight for survival and freedom. I liked this book for it is about war and conflict and it keeps me on edge.    This book starts out in a jail were a Dog-face (Beast/ human hybrid), named Tool, escapes captivity and barely makes it out alive. If you like monster horror fictions, then you will like this book. It starts out with John Whitney, an anthropologist for the Museum of Natural History in Chicago, studying a newly-discovered tribe in South America. At the end of the exhibition, he attempts to check a cargo crate that he didn’t know about and then was assaulted by something that ripped his head off.
